Very clean and comfortable, with an excellant, very informative and friendly staff. This was from the doorman to your floor managers. You must be very proud of them all. They made our stay very enjoyable Apart from being a little cold ( the controller did not alter the temp.)the room was perfect. Spacious, comfortable and very clean. No complaints.

Hotel did not provide free car parking to the Guests. Need to pay a flat rate. This time my stays is without breakfast. Next time I prefer to include breakfast.

The rooms were quite worn ...it was obvously a good hotel but in comparison with the new hotels it's somewhat lacking with what you'd expect in Asia.

Hotel staff were friendly helpful and could not have been more professional, relaxed and welcoming. After a long haul flight it was the perfect hotel to rest, rejuvenate and the hotel staff could not be more helpful in letting us know where the best places were to shop. Magnificent! We will be returning very soon.
