Also, the platinum starwood member gift never came.

This was from the doorman to your floor managers. You must be very proud of them all. They made our stay very enjoyable Apart from being a little cold ( the controller did not alter the temp.)the room was perfect. Spacious, comfortable and very clean. No complaints.
