I had a bright & well-appointed room overlooking a street. The TV was not working after 10 pm. Otherwise this is an excellent hotel. I will be returning soon for another stay and hope to be heading for a comfortably furnished & fully soundproofed, bright & well-appointed room overlooking landscaped garden. With a functioning TV set! Finally, I was most impressed by the helpful staff at the reception, guiding me through the check-in and check-out procedures. Wonderful!

Obviously this hotel was superb when first opened, however time has taken its toll and it has become a little tired!

So value for money is not so good! The menu looked reasonably priced, comparable with other hotels.

Whilst the menu for food presented in room had variety and taste, quantity was a real problem - you may think you have just ordered a substantial meal, when it comes to the room you know you should have ordered twice the amount.

So it terms of value for money it was not good - I would gladly have accepted twice the price for twice the quantity of food!

We needed to change rooms because there was an unpleasant damp smell in the room.

1. Service - upon my arrival between 19.00 and 20.00, after 23 hours travelling from Sweden my room was not even ready. Otherwise no complaints to the service, ususal very kind people. 1. The shower handle was broken and was spraying water all over the bath room
