Our short stay at the hotel was most enjoyable.

The only minor criticism is that there was not a lot of storage space..............drawers etc.

Also, the hotel itself did not confirm my booking and had I not called prior to leaving home I do not believe that a transfer from the airport would have been arranged.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was excellant.

Will call again

It was my first time staying here it was a fantastic experience for my girlfriend and I. It started from a very warm welcome from the staff as soon as we got out of the taxi door to the time we left.
The restraunt on the very top floor with magnificent views of Sydney harbour was breathtaking and the food was something very unusual and new.
The room was much larger than i expected I was happy to see that my girlfriend had a very big smile the whole time we stayed there she said she felt like royalty as the marbled floor bathroom kept catching my eye we decided to take a nice bubble bath enjoying the luxury.
If i get the opportunity i would definately i would go back.

I think the bed in our room at the Shangri-La might be the most comfortable that I have ever reclined upon! Our view was magnificent -- and we weren't even looking out on the bridge side (heck, we saw a lot of the bridge.) I loved relaxing on that comfortable bed taking in the view out the window. Breakfast was expensive but worth the money -- buffet with all kinds of interesting stuff. Pool and gym were good. Location was completely fantastic for all the things we wanted to go out and do. Highly recommend!

Hotel busy but relaxed. staff obliging, friendly.Location may be difficult for some - steep uphill from the Rocks/Circular Quay. Buffet dinner had excellent varied starters, but short on western style main courses. Breakfasts splendid. View from room over Sydney harbour was spectacular!Refurbishment good since ANA.

Service was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Magnificent view of Harbour from bedroom window. Excellent bathroom.

Great location, but maybe some more guides/maps to help you know where you are or what you can do for the day from the hotel. Really beautiful room with a great view, but lots of mirrors every where.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was very well done. We loved it!
