I was dissapointed in not getting the pool view room I booked.
The front desk staff were not all helpful in that regard either.
Moreover, as a Shangri La Golden Circle card member I expected to be treated better than that.

Recommendation:  By Mr.Anonymous Please note comments above . . But before we were assingned the rooms they went through the possibility of upgrading at extra cost. . . Again i would like to say that if you book a room and travel a long way you don't want the hassle of standing at reception. ... . . . We booked 3 delux kingsize beds. And after checking in we were given 2 kingsize bedded rooms and one double twin room. . . After a long flight from the uk we just wanted a couple of hours to relax. . . Unfortunatley we could'nt. . . . As the above had to be sorted. . . Air conditionning not very efficient in one room. . .
