the receptionist promply found me on the system and upgraded me. What a pleasure.
the only shortcoming i did find ... the hotel did not have a desk to help me fill my spare time. There were no places of interest, where to go and at best all i could get was a copy of a map.
even with that i will always stay at the shang ri la as it is a really great experience and the staff are all really super.
