I think that the check in was great. I was asked if I was a golden circle member which I was but have lost my card.

The receptionist promply found me on the system and upgraded me. What a pleasure.

The only shortcoming I did find the hotel did not have a desk to help me fill my spare time. There were no places of interest, where to go and at best all I could get was a copy of a map.

Even with that I will always stay at the Shang ri la as it is a really great experience and the staff are all really super.

SHANGRI-LA QUALITY

I recently spent 2 nights in Shenzhen on business and booked the Horizon Club at the Shangri-La Hotel which I found to be perfect. In terms of the Horizon Club I was granted many benefits but for me the access to the board room for 2 hours per day was great.
The hotel generally is very central and excellent for business purposes.
