The front office staff are all very courteous and polite with smile on their faces. I do not have to tell them but from my gesture they know that I need a taxi and immediately offer help to get one for me. As a Muslim, I was very impressed when I saw a "sejadah" in my room and a "gayong" in the bathroom. This to me is truly an excellent customer service. Thank you for being sincere and caring.

The only thing is that may be breakfast can provide with more variety for guests. There is no lift directly link from car park to hotel lobby! Overall are satified. Coziness and the bed is very comfort.

You shouldn't charged me for the internet service. Le Meridien provide free internet services to all their customers.
