Your Hotel is a very nice Hotel and is in a very good location. While we were there we had very little hot water in the room and the water pressure was very low. Other than the size of the room, which one can look past as most hotel rooms in London are very cozy. A full time cafe or restaraunt would serve you well, especially for those unfamiliar with London and just want to relax upon arrival or prior to departure. The staff at your Hotel were very professional and very helpful. The interior design of the Hotel was very nice as well as the exterior front. The back behind the Hotel could be made into an absolutely beautiful sitting area or outdoor lounge or cafe, the potential is definetly there. Overall our visit there was very nice, very quick unfortunetly but nice none the less. We will seriously consider staying there next time we are in London. All The Best, J.P. Wadsworth

Hotel is very good for the price, is in an ideal location and me and my girlfriend where very happy with the room! no complaints
although fixtures and fittings good in the bedrooms - the size of the room and the bed was minute. the heating was on full blast and no way of turning it off - even with the window open (and it was cold outside) we were baking. We would never stay there again.
Good for Hols, not for business
This hotel is absolutely OK for Holidays, but I will not use it again for business trips. Pro: Location of the hotel is great; 4 mins walk from Queensway tube stn. Con: no internet in the room, very small bathroom
Phone usage
I used my calling card (that uses a non-chargeable UK 800 number) to make a call from my room to North America. Hype Park charged me 71 GBP for the call. I explained that I've used the same calling card 30-40 times from London hotels and the cost is typically a 75 pence connection fee. Regarding the matter, the staff appeared to me as either incompetent or unethical.
I wouldn't stay again!!!
This hotel is in an excellent location....but that is where it ends. Staff were rude or not helpful, rooms tiny and noisy, aircon not working and the rooms were unbearably hot, boiler broke down and it was overpriced for the poor service and amenities. I would never stay again which is a shame as it was in an excellent location.
Bad experience staying in this hotel
In fact I am traveling in Europe since almost three years for business purpose and first time, I experienced in this hotel that somebody has stolen Euro 600 from my hotel room from my laptop bag. In fact I have kept money at such place in laptop bag that it is hard to find out also but still this hotel staff could manage to find out the same and stolen and on complaining the same to hotel, they simply refused to accept complaint and on the contrary, they started to blame me. I believe that you should not recommend such hotel in future wherein staff is not reliable because they may steal so many small items and it is really hard to carry with you all time during stay. I must say that they don't behave also with Indians not in good manner because they gave me room also which was in very corner wherein all these kind of incidents may happen and it was really small room wherein you can't walk also.
Breakfast was extremly expensive so we had to eat out. Bathroom extremly small. No Air conditioning.
