Excellent location close to Earls Court tube station. Street was quiet at night. Plenty of choices to eat in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room allocated to my wife and I was rather small (compared to the room allocated to my mother, which was small). It was also facing a wall, as opposed to the streetscape. We were moved to another room for the second night which we appreciated. The staff were courteous and the hotel location is excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

Firstly fantastic location no more than 2 mins walk from earls court station which is a great station from which to explore london. On arrival at hotel the rooms were not ready and as we had a group booking of 33 i would have thought they may have foreseen this could cause a slight problem. Also i had a slight battle with reception as they would not accept that we were bed and breakfast but after i insisted the reception manager call head this was resolved. I dont know if this incident did not endear us to the reception staff but all i know is that for the entire of our stay their attitude towards myself and members of my group was at best ignorant and at worse obnoxious. The rest of the hotel was fine though breakfast was excellent and the resturant staff were great . All in all if you are looking for acost effective base from which to explore london this gets full marks but just dont expect much courtesy from reception.

The hotel is in an excellent location. There are good restaurants in the vicinity. Earls Court tube is close by, it is near Hyde Park and other attractions. We walked a lot from the hotel and it is quiet despite being in such a busy location. If you stay for a day or two, the continental breaksfast is fine but if you stay for more days, the hotel should provide complimentary hot breakfast. The room is excellent and clean and very nice.

I highly recommend this hotel. I was upgraded to an executive room and although the room was still small it was very clean, didn,t stink of smoke and had all the facilities one could wish for including free internet.

The saff were friendly and helpful and the location is handy to everywhere by the tube. The price was expensive by Australian standards but cheap compared to other hotels i have stayed at in London.

During the stay other occupants were allowed to run up and down the corridors creaming and shouting in the early hours of the morning and no member of staff was aware of this or even monitored the corridors The room was very clean and spacious
