I was upgraded to an executive room and although the room was still small it was very clean, didn,t stink of smoke and had all the facilities one could wish for including free internet. The saff were friendly and helpful and the location is handy to everywhere by the tube. The price was expensive by Australian standards but cheap compared to other hotels i have stayed at in London. Keep up the good work, Matt Tarrant...........
