stayed in seri malaysia back in 2009. felt then that at the cost of the stay it was worth it. somehow this year i felt that its has become too costly. i was charged RM$662++ when i booked on-line. i expected the total to be RM$867.68 as i added an xtra bed for 2 nites @ RM$38 per nite and 1 xtra breakfast @ RM$10 but at the end of my stay, the total cost came to RM$916. in 2009 under same conditions my bill was RM$724 all in. both were family rooms. from RM$724 in 2009 to RM$916 now. didnt really take note of the amt when checking out but when i refered back to the on-line voucher then it struck me that the cost is different. wondering what is it that the cost can shoot up so much. however on the whole, the stay was reasonably good but not at that price. breakfast can be a lot better.

The food at the Cafe was really resonably priced for a big portion! The staff were helpful and friendly. Thanks to them for a nice stay!

the food not taste really good. same goes to the drinks. the cup provided in the room also not clean (got stain in it).

The hotel is ideally and strategically located in Ayer Keroh which is a happening and interesting place it self and about 13KM away from historical Melaka City. The hotel is best for family stay and the room size for family is ample for 4 adults at reasoable cost per night which comes with breakfast. However, the family room if comes with 2 Queen size beds will be good considering the fact that the room is able to accomodate 4 adults but unfortunately I have to pay RM38 for extra single matteress ( as the room does have only 1 Queen bed and one single bed which can only covers 3 adults). Even tough the breakfast inclined to local cuisine but it worth it if stay in hotel and don't want to go out for fast food which is less than 2km away from this hotel. Overall the food is on par for the cost it covers. The swiming pool is OK but some extra sitting benchs around the overall area with fresh towels provided will be good. In nutshell, me, wife and my family ( 3 kids) have a good time in this hotel and we will certainly come back to this hotel again in future. Thanks, J.Beeman Penang, Malaysia

This is a first time we stayed in Seri Malaysia Hotel, what is impress me is welcome by front desk, welcome letter on desk and fruits has been serve in the room without our expectation.Surprising us. We have been stayed many hotel during our vacation before,but we found Seri Malaysia is good hotel to stay and economical for family. Congrate to Seri Malaysia Hotel & Management, we will continue to stay in Seri Malaysia in future. About the breakfast is average. The hotel location is very conveniently located.

I don't how to describe but so far it was OK.just the toilet got some smelly..but it's still can ignore. only a little bit when we were in the toilet.. Overall it still worth if we stay for a few days..and Seri Malaysia Melaka is more better than others Seri Malaysia branch..

Once I entered the room, my kid screwed up by locking the washroom doors. I called front office for help. In no time, the hotel staff was at my room's door with very pleasant smile.

1. more choices of food outlet 2. limited or not enough stock in convenient shop 3. the buffet breakfast not variety 4. should extend the room service

please consider on enhancement of the existing menu..fried rice/frieed bee hoon with a little bit of vegie,slices of shrimp etc..etc.., ommelete with a little bit of filler.

The hotel is located not far from the express highway KL-Johore and at about 20 minutes drive from the historic section of Malacca. The hotel is lovely, the lobby beautiful and the building represents history. Seri Malaysia has bought all the old government resthouses and had them renovated. The staff is friendly, the pool is new and breakfeast is good and sufficient. The rooms are clean and the beds ok.
I recommend the hotel for a stop-over of a few days. The hotel is certainly a good bargain for the quality you get for it. The staff was friendly.

No wonder Melacca was annouce as History state.. because there have a lot of interesting and history place. i like visit melaka

The hotel's strategic location just after the North South highway is ideal for us to drive in without any hitch. furthermore it is located in the woods area which gives the hotel a tranquil and serenity.
The freshness of the nature is soothing to dwellers in the hotel and good ambience for families to relax and rest their mind.
The hospitatlity of the hotel staff is commendable with pleasant and smiling staff to give you the comfortable feelings ! cheers to the staff.
