It was a pleasant experiance. Very curtous staff. Rooms were very neat and tidy. Although far from the main shopping area of Butik Bentang but rail system in close vicinity made easier to go to any location in KL. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was reasonably convenient to most areas. It was a well appointed hotel with a large ,clean & comfortable room. The staff were pleasant & helpful at all times. Even when we couldn't get the internet to work they put us onto IT support.

Very large hotel much bigger than we expected! Very efficient and a little impersonal perhaps but I am nitpicking really........nightly entertainment in the bar was fabulous. The staff were courteous and very well trained and not too pushy. The chocolate fountain is to die for in the buffet (I believe sticking your head underneath it is prohibited though!!!) You dip in fruit kebabs and marshmallows and fly to heaven......the buffet dinner was amazing, the choice and variety fabulous. Apart from the chocolate fountain, the best bits were the views from the lifts, the view from our room, the incredible shower room with a shower head the size of an enormous circle-I could have stayed in there for hours.

All in all, a fantastic hotel, great for couples and business people-45 minute walk to the Twin Towers (phew) and the large shopping centre. Loved this hotel-would definitely stay here again! Janie O'Reilly, Australia

As we drove from Singapore, I found that the drive way driving into the hotel front entrance after unloading our stuffs and to drive into the carpark was not convenient. Had to drive out and make a U-turn from the main road to drive into the carpark.

Check-in staffs was good though slow, found the room large and amenities was excellent. As for the hotel facilities can't comment much as I was attending a seminar.

The Pacific lounge has new decor. I personally feel that the ambience of a private lounge is lost because the decor gives an atmosphere that is more formal and less casual. The decor is bit out of date

No adequate venilation as a smoking room.
