Hotel has a nice ambience and uniquely decorated hotel, I would say Mahkota Resort Hotel rooms are worse, more dirty. Bed sheets need to be replaced, it look old and stained. I stayed at Seri Costa 2 years ago, seems there is a wear and tear over time issue. Overall, the rooms are clean except for the dusty inside of the cupboard which have collected a layer of dust inside, maybe the supervisor did not check the inside of cupboard at my room.

The changing of clean towels are very late. We only got our towels about 6.00 pm. Since we are staying in a room for 8 persons, the shower room is inadequate. We suggest to have 2 shower rooms for our convenience.

A swimming pool would be great. Also, should have a better spread of breakfast buffet...the french bread was burnt on both sides, and only when the batch was finished did the second batch of french toast was not burnt. The room smelt of cigarettes and a couple of beds also smelt of cigarettes. Also, the kettle did not work and room service replaced with a smaller one as no bigger kettles were available. And the pillows were too soft. Otherwise, quite pleased with the big room.

I would like to comment about the receptionist service because before I arrive, I did mention to hotel and holiday city that I will reach the hotel around 12pm, I request room can be ready because I already have long journey drive. However, the receptionist told me that is no room available at that moment and I need to wait till 2pm because the check in time is 2pm. I have no choice need to wait till 2pm but I wait till 3pm then only the room are ready, I hope Hotel Sri Costa can look into it. Thanks The room condition is good. My comment is the TV condition are not running well. The receiving not so clear.

at the last visit, the aircon in the room didnt seem to be working well coz the room was humid.

There should be more than 1 shower facility for a room which accomodate more than 6 person. The air-con in the room is not well serviced. Not cold thus causing the room to be very stuffy.

Pls improve on the air conditioning in the room. Not cool enough in daytime.
