The location of the Hotel is good. Very convenient for shopping, sight seeing & food.

Although recently opened, the building has the 'old Malacca' look and therefore blends into its surroundings.
Malacca is complemented well by the Seri Costa Hotel.

Probably the hotel should look into its dining area.
Food served for the breakfast was of an average standard.Have a wider spread for choice of breakfast. I'm surprised to see cordial being served instead of juice. Nonetheless, the hotel stay was nice and staff was friendly too.

Parking no securities.Breakfast is to simple, just roti prata,noodles and fruits only Family room have no privacy(no partions.

Stream of ants can be seen near buffet table (during breakfast). Should provide sugar sachet instead of serving sugar in bowl at the coffee/tea serving area. We checked in at 2.30pm but there were no towels. Called for towels but still didn't receive any. Waited till 5pm and we decided to leave the room without refreshing ourselves! Bathroom door was spoilt. TV just switch off when we adjusted the volume. No remote control.

Parking is very inconvenient. Customer service very poor and inefficient.

don't have hair dryer,the fridge is not working..

overall cleanliness at breakfast area can be improved. breakfast spread limited. bed sheets were stained. only noticed it when we pull open the blanket late at night. did not call housekeeping as it was late. towels were very clean and in good condition. no soft drinks or bottled water in fridge. wardrobe next to king-size bed too close and my wife knocked her knees a few times. cant surf the internet unless we purchase the card which we did not know in advance.

A good location, within walking distance to all of Malacca's tourist spots and shopping malls Good and tasteful furnishing.

b/fast was almost gone when we were there at 8:00 am!!! no replenish. i took a 4-bedded unit and was disappointed that a boiling kettle was provided but no place for boiling, i've to remove a bed lampshade to plug the kettle

Generally the hotel was good, but some of the staffs at the front counter wasn't too friendly.

though the exterior of the hotel would look better with a new coat of paint, the interior ( rooms ) are well maintained and clean

We were very happy with hotel staff. Thank you for making our stay in the hotel comfortable.

I requested for some room service from the hotel, but was only attended to after I made several calls to remind them that they have yet to send me what I wanted.

Layout and design are good but the room and overall housekeeping of the hotel is poor and dirty. E.g. can see dust or even sand on tables, beds and even desk and chair in front of the lift area. Spider web can be seen at certain corner too. A well design but poorly maintained hotel.

Not worth the money spend

The buffet was not that appealing there was no kettle in my room. Perhaps tea & coffee could be provided for the rooms
