We stayed at the Rangon Sendona twice for our trip to Myanmar. We were supposed to be picked up at the airport upon arrival and I had informed the hotel of our arrival times and received confirmation of hotelpick up. On our first arrival, the Sedona hotel was there to pick up all other guests, except for us. I had to prove to the driver that we were staying there before he'd agree to let us share the shuttle bus with other passengers. The time of our second arrival was changed to an hour earlier than the time given to the hotel. Air Mandalay changed the flight time, while we were already travalling around Myanmar and was only aware of the change the night before departure. As I had given the hotel the flight no, I'd assumed that the driver would check with the airport to confirm the arrival time before pick up. Anyway,we waited for pick up and, but no one came. We had asked the other hotel drivers if they had seen anyone from Sedona Hotel and they said no. Somehow, all these other hotels knew the correct time, even though it was changed from the original time to pick up their guests, but not the Sedona. We took a taxi to the hoteland had asked them to reimburse us for the fare, but they refused to. Anyhow, it's just the the price we paid for the hotel included return transfer, but we hardly got that. Our bathroom smelled like urin.
