Ideal for a short holiday stay

Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Since the door doesn't full enclose the shower - the spray has gotten on the floor and caused rust in many areas.

The service was fantastic and made our trip a great experience The room was in excellent condition

Room was very comfortable for three people for one night

As we were only there for one night there wasn't much chance to use any of the extra facilities. However we knew they were there. It was perfect for our needs.

Their was mold in our shower, ongoing building construction immediately outside our balcony which was extremely small and the room was located by the elevator. We were very dissappointed. I think that because we stayed only one night we were given poor accomodations. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or colleagues.

Some hotel staff are very helpful. Amenities were not that impressed.

This was the only hotel which did not include a sports channel and a movie channel for free on the TV

Very welcoming atmosphere. Staff were excellent. Size and cleanliness were great. A few maintenance items needed attention, these were listed in the comments form we left with reception at check- out, (light in bathroom, tiling etc.)

There so much information on places to go and that was good especailly as we didnt know a lot of the things that were going on around town. The rooms were a good size for the two of us and had all the items we needed

can not fault the hotel, service staff etc in anyway, will always stay there when in Sydney

Most of the front clark was not friendly. Carpet was not that much clean...

fantastic position, we walked almost everywhere. The staff were so helpful, although the male staff were much more approchable, the female seemed as if we were wasting thir time.
