WE FOUND THE HOTEL BATHROOM VERY
UNSATISFACTORY, THIS IS THE ONE ROOM IN
ANY HOTEL THAT SHOULD ALWAYS BE OF A VERY
HIGH STANDARD, SADLY IT WAS LACKING, WE WILL
NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN, WE CAME
TO PERTH FOR THE 'RED BULL AIR RACE' AND
WILL DO SO AGAIN, BUT WILL NOT STAY HERE.

My stay in this hotel was within my expectation. The breakfast as well dinner was nice and definitely its value for money.

The hotel facilites were excellent, and staffs were pretty nice.

The main attraction of this hotel , as its in the heart of the city and everything is in walkable distance.

Overall, I will definitely recommend staying in this hotel for anyone.

Bathroom was very dark and needed an upgrade to match the rest of the room.

The best location and the best value. Our room was clean and bright with a view of the river, it had been repainted since our visit 2 years ago. The original owners are now running it and it is even better value.

the front desk staff made me feel like i owned the building!! I will always stay there... unless i get a deal i can't refuse... hahaha

I enjoyed my stay there and would definately recommend for a future visit. the staff were very friendly and helpful also. Really good room, very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

The location of hotel is very good and close to all types of transport and plenty of food places around. However, when my family was there, the service was bad. While I indicated clearly we are a family travelling with a young daughter, they gave me a room with 2 single beds and one roll-out bed. When I made a change upon check-in to a king-size bed, the housekeeping had on the third nite of my stay, decided to revert my bed to 3 single beds! This got us mad. Room is huge and very spacious.

Hotel was understaffed and as such staff appeared stressed and unfriendly. Room service food was left outside rooms the whole of Sunday, providing an unpleasant sight as you walk along the corridor. For the same price, you get a much better deal at a hotel just next door. It was winter, and the heater was not working. The hotel staff merely suggested that we turned off all ventilation and let the room heat up "naturally"! Bedroom slippers would be most welcomed as the toilet tiles were very cold to walk on, not helped by the long and narrow layout of the toilet.

Daily servicing was not up to expectations; bed was not made properly, used towels not changed, hairdryer left out, etc.

The double bed is huge! The bathroom was also very nice, with a separate shower and bath.

parking was difficult on one occasion but otherwise the hotel suited us perfectly the quality of the room and services exceeded our expectations

Position was excellent because it was near perth hospital, railway station and the shops. Bathroom was tired and the bath was very small. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and found the separate living area very useful as I had a lot of reading to do for the meeting the next day.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nicely decoratd and laid out with thoughtful inclusions of ironing board, hair dryer and magazines

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. A pleasure to return to the Sebel. Also full breakfast was included in the room rate, very good value. Large, simply furnished, comfortable accommodation. TV poor, limited options, not all available.
