Stay was as expected. Room was tidy and clean. much larger than expected. The TV volume was non functioning which was a bit of bother.
Hotel was very busy due to Aust GP but this did not degrade service in any way. Though the price variance did which was disppointng.
Will stay again should I be visiting Melbourne

This was my 1st trip to Melbourne, I picked the Sebel Albert Park randomly and couldn't have been more pleased. The hotel is clean, has excellent staff, and the rooms spacious. I also couldn't believe the (low) price compared to Sydney.

The hotel has easy access to the CBD and beyond with the trams located at the rear.

This hotel is excellent value for money and worth a visit.

The hotel is opposite to a park with a lake, nice walk around the lake.

Tram stop very close to the hotel, very convenient for public transport.

The room I stayed, the bathtub taps made a lot of noise on the last day, but anyway I checked out in a few hours, so didn't bother much.

Rooms comfortable, although noise levels quite high in morning.

Old wing of hotel definetly not what I would rate a 3-4 star. Found smoke butts on floor on arrival (master bedroom) and room reaking from smoke, even though it is suppose to be non-smoking!

I asked for a late vcheckout, and was told 11:00 am, however the housemaid or cleaner started knocking on the door at 9:00am and didnt bstop until we woke up The motel room was acceptable given the age of the building and the Star rating of the motel.

Staff very attentive and helpful I would suggest that you ask for a view over the park,the view is excellent

When my room was cleaned after the first night my towels were taken and not replaced. Also the same day a bag of rubbish was left on the floor in the room.
