The hotel is located at the outskirt of Gold Coast. It is generally a good hotel for families with young children. Staff are generally helpful and courteous. You need to rent a car so that you can drive to the town area for shopping and food. It is located 5 minutes to the surfers paradise. It is recommended to visit the Tedder Ave whereby there are many good restaurants in that area. The recommended restaurants are the Thai and Italian restaurants. There are no night activities in the hotel. It is recommended that the hotel should set up more activities and amenities such as gym, games arcade or sport room for family and friends activities.

Very large facility & laid out reasonably well. Room only had double beds. a resort like this & for the price we should have had at a least queen bed.

Perhaps the only complaint I need to make, which I believe is a semi-serious one, is about the service at night. We tried to watch an in-house movie - avoid the schoolies who were quite prominent over that particular weekend, and had huge problems with the service. We rang the service desk 3 times, complaining about the lack of in-house service and they promised to send a maintanence person after the third time to have a look. We waited, and they never showed up. We made a complaint when we checked out the next morning, however, I don't feel as if my complaint was listened to. I am thankful for this opportunity to give feedback.

Parking space Okay. I was impressed that they had spare towels for the beach for each of us - already in the room waiting for us.

our room was visited by your staff,snacks replaced, yet no towels were replaced etc.We had to call to get replacement towels even though they were wet in bath.

Plumbing noisy, don't really want to hear people using the toilet.
