They double charged me for the extra bed - this was fixed up but should not have happened to start with. The room had not been adequately cleaned - in the barbecue area there was an old meat tray on the ground, and the carpets had not been vacuumed very well.

Excellent - Cannot be faulted Congratulations on your rooms. Its fantastic. There is nothing we can fault except for a few stains on the curtains and a lamp shade. Its just like living in your own home. We will be back as there is just so much room.
