Recommendation:   By Mr.T R & A C Putt I booked two units at the same time for us and two friends. upon arrival our friends and us were put in units on separate floors. upon pointing this out at reception we were told the bookings had come in separately and the hotel was full. this made ... things inconvenient for us. . Windows had childrens'handprints showing.
