The entire staff was friendly and cheerful. This hotel was a pleasant surprise after a long trip!

One problem was that the cord on the jug was too short and difficult to use it without it falling over all the time.

They were so helpful and knowledgeable, and not just about Syndey. Continental breakfast is terrific. The standard room is a bit small but everything is spotless and Double Bay is lovely.

We had trouble with the door lock. The air conditioning unit was full of dust.

She really took the time to make us feel welcome. We also especially appreciated being able to make us of a the guest 'laundry'. We didnt' mind doing our own, and it was a real bonus to have it available to us for our use! The water pressure was wonderful and LOTS of hot water. That was a nice treat!
