Overall, the hotel was great. The only mishap was with the payment. My local relative had made arrangements for the two nights of my stay. She was to be out of town, on the day of my arrival. She even rang and spoke to Desmond from Reservations to ensure that everything would be smooth, so that there would not be any hiccups. Desmond assured her that he would put a note for the staff to charge my 2nd night to my relative's card. As it turned out on my arrival, the staff had insisted that the 2nd night was not paid for, and that they would require my signature for the card. We were put on a roller-coaster ride for the next 24 hours. When my relative rang from overseas the next day, she spoke to Nicole at the reception who wasn't very nice. Nicole was defensive and was scolding her to make the arrangements with Desmond from Reservations, who was at that time not around. What was to be a lovely stay was stressful.

I have been extremely happy to get a good deal for family room. we stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and our experience has been very good. We were housed on the 25th floor and the view of the city from the room in the night is really amazing. We were quite encouraged by the hotel staff, the rooms are clean and tidy, large room size..It is worth the money spend.

Room for improvement:
- my package includes breakfast. waiters in the Indian restaurant (next to the hotel) can hardly speak English. I don't know besides bread, what other options I can have for the breakfast. Would be nice if staff in hotel reception can brief on what breakfast should I expect.

Our stay at this hotel was good the rooms where same but comfortable with great air conditioning.
Handy to the metro and little india interesting.
Great value for the price paid in the city.

I have stayed in your hotel for 3 nights from 8th april .
Right from the Reception staff to room service is excellant.The Reception staffs were very much pleasing and they are helping me very much.
I am prefering this hotel for my future stay also and i would recommend this hotel for my friends also.
