The shuttle service to the airport was very good. Driver was very personal and helpful.

We arrived at approx. 12:30 a.m. and were hungry from a long day of travel. We asked the man at the front desk if there was anywhere to eat in close proximity and he said no. We went to our room and began calling restaurants and located two within a five minute taxi ride. A Husky restaurant open 24 hours and a Joey Tomatoes open daily until 2:00 a.m. Upon check in we also asked for a wake up call for 9:00 a.m. and were not called until 10:00 a.m. luckily we were not traveling that day or we may have missed our flight. Needless to say it still set us back for our plans for the day. Morning staff was helpful in letting us check out about half an hour late.

I found this hotel accommodating for airport transfer. I travelled into Calgary from a rural community and stayed one night before and after air travel. I was able to leave my car at the hotel and be shuttled conveniently to and from the airport. This is a great service.

Had asked, via website for a non-smoking room, when arrived in room it was a smoking room-front desk was unable to move due to full status...did not assist any further.
