Staff always curteous, helpful and professional. It served its purpose for my visit and everything was good. If I had a comment, then it would be the fact that in spite of asking for a "non smoking room" in my bking and again, mentioning it to the staff when I checked in, I was given a smoking room which not only smelt of smoke, but enroute to the room, the corridor constantly smelt of cigarette. For a non-smoker, this is not good!

But this is something I was willing to accept as I could not be asked to change !!

I will recommend your hotel to colleagues.. thank you for asking.
