This hotel is very convenient, bus stop, just outside, liverpools street tube abit further down the road. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, nothing too much trouble for them. Very much enjoyed stay, will return on next visit to London

Pleasant, efficient, friendly staff. Check-in and out very quick and smooth. Very comfortable stay. Room was quiet in a busy part of London.

the hotel was better than i thought and would recommend it to anyone who was looking for quality accommodation,staff were pleasant and very courteous the room was an excellent size with everything you needed

I was charged for a breakfast that I didn't eat, and also for 2 items from the mini bar that I didn't drink. Pillows were hard. Ammenities lacking conditioner and lotion.
