family visit to Sydney

I arrived early morning and staff can only arrange me room at 12pm which is earlier than 2pm as family rooms are always full. Staff are helpful and I have no compliant for my stay in the hotel. I would recommend this one to my friends.

We had a problem of a queen/king bed had been booked however the room we were given had two single beds. The transfer process then to a queen/king room was not very smooth, including staff service.

when we arrived (we paid for 2 rooms) neither room had extra bed as we had paid for. when we asked about bed, only one room had one delivered, had to again ask for the other rooms bed.

One incident with the front desk staff had me leave the hotel feeling very disappointed. After checking out in the morning I returned in the evening to collect my bags. I asked if I could get changed somewhere to which I was told I could get changed in the toilets. This I found very disappointing for a hotel that I was otherwise pleased with.
