The transfer process then to a queen/king room was not very smooth, including staff service.

After checking out in the morning I returned in the evening to collect my bags. I asked if I could get changed somewhere to which I was told I could get changed in the toilets. This I found very disappointing for a hotel that I was otherwise pleased with.
