What I didn't like was that several times I was lying in bed and a member of staff would knock my door in the late afternoon and early evening, asume I was out because I was sleeping and didn't answer the door, then just let themselves into my room. When they saw I was sleeping they just said "sorry, room service". Complaint is, I hadn't requested any room service and therefore question why they were coming into my room.
