Our stay at Ridges Lakeside was very pleasant, our room was clean and well presented. The view from our room on the 11th floor was great both at night and day. Unfortunately the ground floor area was under reconstruction so no cafe facilities just the restuarant and bar were operating. The room information lacked prices etc about mini bar. We did not manage to locate the pool. Generally our stay was great. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
