Smallish hotel, ok but would not have liked to spend more than a couple of days there.

Of all the hotels I stayed in during my trip to Australia, the customer service in this one far exceeded my expectations.

Good resort hotel. Food excellent, if a little expensive... cheaper in town. Great view out to the harbour. Very comfortable well equiped room.

Our first stay was wrought with afew anomalies ie the food we received in room service (one dish in particular) no wine glasses in the room. Although the staff did everything possible to make things right. Our stay was made very comfortable by the staff who attended our every request.

the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly particularly with assisting in the booking of tours. the only criticism was that the hotel was located a bit too far from the city centre. the accommodation was of a very high standard and offered a comfortable base for our holiday. the only criticism was that sound insulation between seperating walls was poor ( TV noise was quite prominent from neighbouring apartment)

This is a good hotel to stay in Cairns. Probaply resonable value for the money. A little bit of the distance to walk to the centre. Hotel provides transportation, we just did not use it. A nice room with a good view to the harbour. Small balconies.

We had four wake-up calls - the first half an hour early at 4am!
