I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time this year. It has a lot to offer. The staff is always willing to do whatever needs to be done to accomodate your needs and desires. The location is very convenient and a short walk brings you to Manuka which is loaded with a wide variety of eateries and entertainment. The onlt downside to this hotel is the room furnishings are beginning to show their age. The finish on several of the wood surfaces is cracking and peeling but otherwise the room is very nice. If you are here on business, the cost for internet access is very expensive (around $25.00 US a day). The downsides though do not take away from the fact this is a nice hotel with a great location and a good value for the money for the business traveler.

On arrival the receptionist didn't seem to know which room I should be allocated, had to consult with colleague. On departure I was charged with room service which I did not have - this was accordingly decducted from the bill. A table height socket is required for plugging in kettle to save having to kneel on the floor! The cold water tap leaked from the top when turned on. The Television should be on a swivel base to enable one to watch it when sitting on the sofa.
