The room I was given was very nicely appointed and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The dailey maid service was very good, however, the the floors could have been vacuumed more regularly. The location was perfect for access to almost all of downtown Auckland and the Viaduct areas. The hotel was under an expansion construction but the service remained very good. Once the addition is completed the hotel will be an excellent facility. Definitely will recommend. J Reierson USA, Minnesota

Room extremely comfortable with two large double beds. Impressive panorama of Auckland Tower one block away. Quiet location, even though right in CBD. Conveniently near Airbus stop in Queen street, but a fairly steep hill if carrying bags. No pool in building but access to nearby pool available if required.

The hotel was situated in the centre of the city of Auckland, but just down a side street, so the room was very quiet. The room was large clean and well appointed, and the cost very reasonable. We would definitely stay there again.

I would rate the staff as excellent + !, and gladly return just because of the staff. The facility was quite adequate for a central location.
