These people were wonderful. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. We arrived from the states at 7:00 in the morning and they gave us one of the rooms about 8:00 so we could store our luggage and freshen up after a very long trip. They were gracious and helpful with every request. A wonderful place to stay.

There was a lot of street noise our 1st night so we had to change rooms for the next 2 nights .

I felt I was paying for location only. The room needed a facelift and some thorough cleaning - carpet, drapes, bedcover...

we booked a 2 bedroom suite only to find out that it was 2 bedrooms with a connecting bath... bedroom # 2 consisted of two dressers and two most uncomfortable sigle beds. two bedrooms yes there where - a suite no it wasn't. Very bad representation of the facilities offered.

The reception staff were friendly yet seemed stressed, I had originally notified I would like to book in around 11am as I had an early flight. I arrived at 9am to leave my bags and said I would return at 11am. When I returned the room was still unavailable and was not ready until 1.30- 2pm. I was left on the roof garden in the heat with no offer of drinks etc for that period of time in the heat. For the price of the room I must say I expected more facilities and amenities than were available. I surprised there was no refrigerator, only tap water, and no air conditioning.

It was hard for us to climb the stairs with our luggage.

Our room was very quiet for being located in a hotel on the main street of The Rocks. Location was super for anyone wanting to visit the historic section of Sydney. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was quaint and cozy. Very comfortable. Access to a patio shared w/ another room was very nice.
