I am 69, my wife 67. We found it very difficult to lug two heavy suitcases up to reception , let alone up a further flight of stairs to our room. I know it might be difficult to arrange, but the hotel really should have a lift, to make life easier for its guests. It is not an hotel for older or less fit people. We wanted the room fan active but, the fitting was so loose that there was a real risk fo it coming away from the ceiling, and it was noisy, so we were unable to use it as much as we would have wished to

The breakfast was very good value. This was a very noisy room at the back. We had to keep the window open because of the heat. The ceiling fan did not cool down the room enough.

There should be a lift or at the very least, a ramp.
