THE THING THAT I DIDNT LIKE WAS THAT THE ROOM WAS FAIRLEY SMALL AND THE QUEEN BED WAT TWO SINGLE BEDS PUT TOGETHER WHICH WAS UNCOMFORTABLE

very loud from 7 am onwards due to construction work outside my window. no bath nice room with bed on upper floor.

My shower head was broken and when I reported it the first time the manager came and wiggled it and said it was fine. The next morning it was not fine and I had one of the worst showers in a hotel. I spoke to the reception again and we had to be moved, which was great until the next morning when the workmen started drilling and sanding at 7am. Some should have mentioned this to us before moving us.

I was disappointed that i was not informed in advance that the main dining room was out of commission as there were no other dining facilities adjacent to the hotel. The Amber room at night was not particularly inviting for an evening meal.

The breakfast room was being renovated so had to have breakfast in a noisy bar I asked for a room with a bath but did not get this
