The hotel met my expectation. The rooms are comfortable and prefect size especially the toilet. Didn't have much time to explore the hpotel facilities but I'm sure it not dissappointing. The hotel location was my main reason I check in as it's convenient to all shopping malls. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, I would love to come back on my next trip and sure to recommend to my friends.

Hotel is beautiful and grand, with large rooms and beautiful furniture. Bathrooms are huge with the toiletries expected of a 5 star hotel. There is a large spread for breakfast and service is great. The hotel is ard 10-15mins walk away from Pavillion, which has a wide range of food and delicacies. I've had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and I must say that the price is pretty high ard RM70++ per pax and the food is not that great. One major set back is probably the maintenance of the hotel. Being new, there are signs of poor maintenance of the hotel, eg the musky smell of the corridors, the 'no-longer' clean carpets in the rooms. For our bathroom, the hose head was not clean properly and has a dirt that makes us go....yucks!!!! Overall good hotel. It's just that the management has to look into ways of housekeeping to ensure hotel in tip top condition of a 5 star hotel they claim to be.

The hotel is wonderful. Clean, spacious, well kept. Perhaps it is still new. Breakfast was gr8 too. The only setback that I have is that the location is slightly inconvenience. Although it is just next to Pavillion, to access the entrance of the Mall is quite a distance. Moreover, we have 3 kids to walk with. It took us almost 10 minutes to reach our destination, and this is only Pavillion and not Bukit Bintang yet. I would definitely return to this hotel if I were to choose ambiance. Unfortunately, I prefer convenience and easy access to the shopping area. Ayu
