There was some confusion over the room. Although I had requested a twin room, I was assigned a double. However the staff quickly assigned me another room when I made them aware of the error.

Improvement could be made to the breakfast. Unable to get non-smoking room as requested.

We enjoyed our stay and thought the breakfast choices were excellant , you certainly catered for everyone. There wasn't sufficient hot water at times.

Substandard service for Novotel name Late cleaning

Excellent location, slightly let down by lack of restaurant in hotel, although good breakfast. Hotel lacked any ambience and character but perfect for return visitors to KL whose main priority is shopping! Good value for money and provided everything that I would expect.
