The reception service at times was not very accomodating and friendly The first room they gave us for our first visit was excellent. And it was even better than when we payed for a fist class room. This discrepancy was confusing and disappointing

Initially Air-con at one of the room did not cool, so we have to move to other room.

Communication between room-keeping and reception needed improvement. Was shocked to find that my room was still in the midst of cleaning up when I check in and was given the key to go up to my room. Nil

Generally good but sadly, the frontdesk was not so friendly and helpful. The bedsheets and pillow cases had a 'not fresh' smell.

Hotel needs to improve on the bathroom no bath tub.

Staff are friendly and made us feel comfortable decor is tasteful and good maintainance

Breakfast could be better. The prices of the drinks in the pub was on the high side. The room was of reasonable size.

Two time I has been stay the same Hotel, only the second check in was given welcome drink. One of the stand light was not working.

Make sure that all the taxi parked outside the hotel to be relocated as they are not interested in picking up hotel guests unless on a fixed renumeration or to the airport I have book non-smoking room and upon checking in I was offered a smoking room and it took me quite a hustle to be given one. The front office is getting from good to bad as compare to the last managment.

Best we have stayed in in our many trips O/seas. The accommodation was of high standard and we will recommend the Royale Bintang Hotel to all persons who are planning a trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Do provide a variety of food on the room service menu and i feel that it should be a 24hr service. Do provide a variety of radio channels on the TV.

Service from the pool area was dreadfully slow, requiring several reminders. This was the experience of many people.

The service is rather slow. For both times i am there. The rooms are not available for check in even though it is already 3pm. Also, whenever we request for non-smoking room. We always ended up in the smoking floor.

Very good value for money in this clean hotel with somewhat limited facilities. But the absence of these doesn't deter me and I'll be booking to go there again before the end of this month. Hopefully they won't put the prices up!

Reception is not forthcoming toward our arrival. We had to ask around for assistance. Staff are more helpful to Caucasians than Asians.

Need to add a Sauna Facility and massage services.. Need to add some Channel in Astro(Chinese and Animal Channel).

Better TV channels

great selection and variety of the breakfast buffet - very tasteful excellent view from the room on Petronas Towers

location very good,even traffic jam at Jln bt bintang still can drop at the side way. need to improve on general cleanliness,the the white towel turn to a bit brown/yellow,the room was smelly when we first step in,air-con not cooling enough.BTW the lotion & shampoo was good.
