Good location and good value for money makes it ideal for leisure stays in Kuala Lumpur. Although the room was very clean it needs some renovation.

Located in the less glamorous part of Jln Bukit Bintang, but still a short walking distance away from the main shopping centres. Good value for money compared to other hotels around the area. Nice clean rooms.

The reception staff needs to be more friendly and informative. The taxis just outside the hotel entrance are trying to take the customers for a ride by over charging. One gets a feeling that the hotel is not trying anything to prevent this. The room is very spacious and clean. Very well maintained. The room given to us was facing the road and twin towers with a good view

We enjoyed our stay there very much...except to pay RM$88.00 for a jug of beer is sure expensive...no wonder there were only 2 tables for weekend

Should change the WiFi internet access to the more popular type e.g. TM Net Hotspot, rather than the restricted type. Hotel normally can not make money through WIFI facilities but it should be a service to the guest. Royal Bintang charges ~RM 25 per 24 hours for WIFI access. However guest on business trip may not stay the whole day in hotel, likewise for those who come for tour. Negative points:

If you offer a client something you have to fulfill it. Check your website every day and do booking like you were the first time on this site. In the room nor in the hotel, there is no information about your facility nor about what to see and do in KL. Its not obvious to put your card in the lamp switch for having the light longer than a minute !!!

The hotel should improve on the check-in & out counter efficiency as we had to wait for at least 15mins before out turn came to check out. Maybe they could implement an express check-out option.

It was an terrible experience. I need to pay a deposit to open and use the fridge which is in the room. It should not be rated as a four star hotel. The free breakfast iwas terrible and service was poor. The waiter brought to a dirty table which was not prepared

The hotel was central, close to china town, shopping etc. we asked for a room with a view quiet up beyond 14th floor, we received 18th fllor room with a great view...thanks so much.

I also think that there are better hotels that cost less I think for a 4 star hotel you should not have to wait until 3 or 4 o clock in the afternoon for them to make up your room.This even happens if you leave the room at 8 in the morning.

Unaware of customers' needs by the waiters and front counter. Air-con was not working well,servicemen came but still not working. Was asked to have the room changed but the other room was having another defect. The toliet bowl and shower bath were leaking.

No reception for TV programs and no fix was done immediately. Had to request twice to get it fixed and only partially fixed on the next day. Reception for TV programs remained blur after fixed. Amenities not replenished when used up. Has to request for housekeeping and amenities personally.
