I have enjoyed my stay at your hotel twice this year -2007.The staff have always displayed professionalism towards tourists from reception to room service and further, the surroundings are always clean and presentablle.

There was a wide variety of both western and malaysian food and tasty too.

Iwill not only recommend your hotel to my colleagues and friends but shall continue to patronise everytime i visit Kuala Lumpur IN THE FUTURE.

This is an excellent hotel , good location very helpful staff , i plan opn staying there again soon. I was upgraded free to a deluxe suite because i had a problem on my previous visit with the keyless entry card into the room (meant i was locked out of my room for 3 hours) i was pleased about this.

I have stayed in Park Royal before and I think i would choose Royale Hotel again if given a choice to choose between the two. Overall is very good. However, the pillows are not comfortable which I think it is very important in order for the guest to have a good sleep.

i go to the check in counter on 3:25pm, until 4:35pm the room is not ready yet. suggest improve the check in service during holiday. The TV should change or repair, the remove control is not functionning.

Hotel window must have a safety lock or seal the window if they dont want any future incident to happen. During my stay I was @ the Storey Upon entering the room I found out that the window has no locks & its VERY DANGEROUS for me as my kids is 5 & 6yrs old. So I have to keep my eyes open to my child as to avoid any unwanted accident to happen. Eventhough we hang out the sign "DO NOT DISTURB" at the door knob, the staff still came in to make up the room.Very Shocking!
