Had a very pleasant saty at Royale. We we very happy with staff the breakfast, everything was to our liking. We stayed prviously at another hotle but in future we will prever the Royale

I would recommend this hotel. The room is ample sized and the beds are comfortable. The location is convenient, there are taxis available at all times and transportation to the airport was arranged very efficiently. The staff even double checked to make sure we were awake and did not miss our early morning flight. There are many close restaurants in all price ranges. I will stay here on my next trip to KL

For the price i paid, the room was worth the price. Hotel is near the shopping area. Room is small but rather cosy. Breakfast wise there is not much varieties but guess for the low price i cannot be too fussy. Overall the stay is value for money.. However the only unpleasant thing during the stay was on the day of check-in i asked the staff what time do i need to check out and she said 2pm. The next day i went to the counter to ask if i can check out later a different staff now told me i must check out at 12pm. It was a shock as i was already told 2pm. If i did not check again my luggages will still be in the room as i intended to go out shopping. They did not even have the courtesy to notify me about the change in the check out time.

We found the Staff Courteous and Helpful. The location of the Hotel was a bonus as the shopping in this area was very good. We enjoyed the local food in the next street and public transport was easy to use and close to get too. Didn't try the food at the hotel, so can comment on that. Room was comfortable.

We thought the location was very good. Walking distance to shopping centres (everyone says that but it was true!) and in a parallel road lots of local eating places that were very cheap. We would stay there again

Clean, comfortable rooms & ample hotel facilities.
Excellent location close to restaurants, shopping centres & public transport.
Range of services arranged by hotel, including airport taxi & day tours (eg. Melaka/Malacca).
Buffet breakfast provided a range of continental (fresh fruit & bread) & cooked options.
Suitable for families, couples, singles &/or corporate travellers. Recommended.

For everyone who loves shopping and eating, you can choose The Royale Bintang Kuala Lumpur, because the location is very good, for the shoppers...There are many Shopping Center near the hotel...That's why I choose this hotel...convenient location and good price...

location was fantastic, hotel staff were efficient most omportantly they are helpful and patience, though hotel facilities were not very fantastic, but is the staff that make the difference.

this hotel i highly recommended for business and leisure.

Overall stay is good. some suggestions are :
International buffet + day specials will be better, as day by day are different courses but some days do not cater for neutral food lovers presently.
Hot shower is very low in pressure every morning and the rust (brown water) water flows out when the the tap is still left on (my experience) there in the room shower.
Poter and check out - excellent in service in this area. All were very smooth. Grats for a overall a comfortable stay.

As usual we always try to stay in different hotels in KL.
We find this hotel is situated in the heart of the city. Its easy to travel around as the LRT is less than 10min walk from the hotel. We took less than 15min to walk to Perhentian Pudu.

We stayed in Family Suite - Double/Twin. Although we were a little disappointed with the bed size (supposedly King but we got Queen instead); anyway, room was big enough for family of 4 (2A & 2C).

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast spread was excellent. Staff were friendly. We will surely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.

We found our stay quite good, with breakfast the highlight. The rooms, although small, were clean and the concierge staff were more than helpful. The Hotel is ideally located in the middle of a shopping area and was a short step everything else. All in all an enjoyable stay in a 3-4 star hotel.

Before my trip to KL at 12 - 15 Dec 2007, I have been stayed at Royal Bintang in 2003, So why I chose tihis hotel again because the location was in the heart of the city.

That Location is very convenient, near to shoping centre and train (transportation)

I will recommend this hotel to my friend or family who will go to KL
