Recommendation:   By Ms.Geraldine Moran  Australia My sister and i were most disappointed with our stay from start to finish. we were shown to separate suites - not how we booked. i believe management could have done something about that but, due to resort policy, chose not to.
the air condidtioning ... in my sister's suite mal functioned, causing them to have a most uncomfortable stay. a company which charges such rates for a bed and very ordinary continental breakfast should at least be able to afford to have basic comforts such as air conditioning maintained at all times.
as you can see i have ticked all boxes regarding what kind of stay this hotel is good for - i can assure you that is done completely tongue-in-cheek - i would not recommend it for anything or anyone.
