Overall, a great resort although not in an ideal location. Too far from the main Gold Coast beaches and restaurants/cafes. The resort does not have restaurants or a bar which was an inconvenience.

My sister and I were most disappointed with our stay from start to finish. We were shown to separate suites - not how we booked. I believe management could have done something about that but, due to Resort Policy, chose not to.
The air condidtioning in my sister's suite mal functioned, causing them to have a most uncomfortable stay. A company which charges such rates for a bed and very ordinary continental breakfast should at least be able to afford to have basic comforts such as air conditioning maintained at all times.
As you can see I have ticked all boxes regarding what kind of stay this hotel is good for - I can assure you that is done completely tongue-in-cheek - I would not recommend it for anything or anyone.
