My visit to Singapore made more comfortable while i stay in the hotel. Spacious room with all amenities made to surprise and ensures the value for the money spent.

Though th Breakfast charged in extra it provides a excellent taste.

I made more comfortable to visit all locations from hotel as it locates in prime place.

I enjoyed to stay and more enjoyment was realised by my family.

really enjoyed my stay. The room was serviced each day and was spotless The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and were always willing to help. All in all a good experience.

When we are doing the check out service, there are only one staff handle the check outand there are a few customers waiting there, wait for their turn. Even there are staff there for the check in service, she reluctant to check out for us. It makes we waste our time waiting around 15 - 20minutes. We had to take the ice cube ourself when we request for it. The furniture in the hotel rooms seems to be very old and it is smelly in the room.

Overall: Good TV channels are not sufficient, only a few english movies channels

Suggest that more non-smoking rooms are provided. I stayed for 4 nights and the rooms are very noisy. I wanted to change my room, but there was nothing available on a smoking floor. The staff were friendly, but I was disappointed as I was there on business and neeeded to sleep well.

Very slow service at front counter I was very surprised at the size of the bed copared to what was advertised

I was charged $10 for an ironing board and iron. I can (maybe) understand that I would need to pay a deposit for the items (although having my credit card is a reasonable deposit anyway), but feel ripped off having to pay for the use of an iron. There should be an iron and board in every room. Two single beds pushed together does not make a King sized bed. The two beds had single bed sheets fitted.

eventhough front counter service is polite and good, however they have misled me of my booking for the hotel. My booking was through holiday city. According to the manager on duty, they do not have knowledge about it. I have shown them a copy of my email from holiday city. I was upset and worried. I have made several calls to my credit card center about the fraud as I have given my credit card details to holiday city. Please assured the guests of this hotel website safety. basin clogged, fridge water leaking and ants all over the room

The service provided by the hotel staff was prompt and friendly. i would like to mention here the receptionists and also the electirician who had come to visit our room durung our stay. i am surprised that there are no free internet commections available in the rooms. Also, there should be some arrangements for round three pin connections in the rooms. Laptops in India come with rounded three pin power chargers.

The cashier twice tried to overcharge me for the room and then tried to trick me into signing a credit card slip for a higher amount. it was only when i became angry that they produced the correct amount. i will be warning people off this hotel.

i HAD CALLED FROM TOKYO ON JUNE 30 AND JULY 1 TO INFORMTHE HOTEL OF MY LATE ARRIVAL TO sINGAPORE AND NOT TO CANCEL MY ALREADY CONFIRMED AND 1 DAY PAYED STAY. THE RECEPTION LADY WAS ILINFORMED AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND.SHE SAID "ALL FULL".Totally IGNORANT NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE TYPE RESPONSE I GOT FROM HER.IWAS THEREFORE OBLIGED TO CALL BACK THE EARLY NEXT MORNING AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER WHO REASSURED ME NOT TO WORRY AND EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER.WAS UNIMPRESSED WITH THE CALIBER OF THE RECEPTION STAFF WHO CLEARLY ARE NOT SINGAPOREANS.Ihad also asked for internet room facility and it was not made clear on my email transection that there would be an extra charge.Ihad expected breakfast to be included which is normal for most hotels,but found to my disappointment that this was not the case 1)was given a smoking room which I did not want.
