I can say if you stay at the executive levels, everything is very nice. Private staff to answer all your questions, private check-in and check-out, private breakfast room, tea time in the afternoon and cocktail hour in the evening with many nice things to eat with it. The room was very spacious, excellent room facilities with high speed internet, very good training facilities and swimming pool. Cleaning staff was very nice and would not wake you to clean your room, but would put a card under the door that you could call them when you were ready. On top of a shopping mall with subway entrance and free bus to train station. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Royal Plaza Hotel Hong Kong is a very good hotel. The staff were very helpful. All our request were dealt with promptly. The hotel location near the MTR and shopping complex was very convenient for us.

The hotel is fair value for money for Hong Kong and therefore expensive compared with anywhere else. Our room had to be changed, due to a strange smell coming from the air-con. This was dealt with very smoothly.

The hotel is great in every respect except the busines centre. Very basic. Cost of breakfast far to high relative to others. Very good rooms, clean and well maintained.

Rooms are specious and well maintained

Our 1st time we have stayed in Mong Kok. The hotel is linked with a very large shopping centre which has numerous eating places plus Movie Theatre. We will stay at this hotel again. It is 5 Star plus Above the average size for Hong Kong. Pleny of room to spread out.

Very comfortable and quiet,

Located away from tourist district. Only fifteen minute walk to subway, which takes you to practically anywhere in Hong Kong. Got to experience how the locals live in this fast pace city. The crowds are unbelievable. Received free upgrade to club room with excellent view of city.
