Well staff are all good, helpful and can be trusted. About the hotel is also convenient and especially for those having a holiday,shopping as well as in business.

Lighting is insufficient.

A little noisy as it is right next to the runway, but we would definitely use it again.

I do not like if you pay more then 135 us $ per night they still charge you a fee of using the internet carpet looks dated

The hotel was in a good location which a coffee shop with internet access right on the doorstep and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating at all times. There was complimentary fruit and water each day if required. The entire hotel was very clean which beautiful decor. The room was excellent. It had beautiful, modern decor and was extremely clean. There was a mini bar, tv, internet access, sky tv, good views. We had absolutely no complaints about the room.

Staff were excellent. No issues at all with stay. Very well located for shopping and anemities, however about not the closest hotel to MTR station, but close enough. Stayed in a premier room which was small but fantastic...both fixtures and fittings. Very clean and tidy.

We have decided to revisit this hotel in early Feb/06 and have booked at reception desk. Short on hanging/drawer space.

I feel that it is time to refurbish the rooms, felt old and stale
