Would like to see more nightly activity at the lounge if not live band should put lively music (piano, DJ etc)...and create a real soothing ambience & place to unwind... The broadband was not working all the time...and was told network problem. The hotel should give guests courtesy use of the business centre when system is down. A/conditioning was not working well especially rooms with direct sunlight.

It will better if they have heater in pool.The water were too cold.

Parking lot very limited. Bathroom need to be improved.

Improve on hotel facility...more entertainment Need to improve on Electric Jug. The heating rode inside the jug is rusty

the hot water is require 10 mins wait. water floods when u shower

4 stars hotel must have bathtub instead of shower. shower's partition cannot close properly.

Check-In time too long

Staffs were not too friendly and helpful, which dampened our overall good-feeling towards the hotel. Nothing much except for praises! Very impressed with the availability of computer in the room. Keep it up!

booking was done in advance but were unable to occupy the room at check-in time (only one room was available.) collected the keys at about 10.00pm but wrong arrangement were made. staff who attended to me wasn't helpful. was charged $500.00 extra when the bill arrived.

everything was ok but the only thing which we are not very satisfied with the hotel is that we have to wait for more than 2hrs just to check in on the day. as we are suppose to check in at 1400hrs, the hotel only managed to let one of our room to check in first and the other we have to wait for more than 2hrs. we think that this kind of service should not be provided by a four star hotel.

The bathroom was flooded after each shower and took a long time to drain! The hotel obviously has plumbing and drainage problems.

I prefer the room with bath tab attached. where I can lay back n enjoy a good bath.
