Excellent location and the 24hr internet with computer in the room is very good deal. Friendly Staff tho efficiency can be improved. But overall a good stay.

I would like to say thank you to the reception staff (Male) who was very kind to upgrade us to the suite room. Other than i have to call 2 times to request for the extra towel and toilet rolls, everything else was perfect. I was under the impression that there will be breakfast free of cost with the room, but there was none

The best feature is the hotel location, virtually next door to shopping, food and monorail station. More attention should be paid to ensure all fixtures in the bathroom are working properly eg. no power to shaver socket, shower door not closing properly, ventilator not working, hot/cold taps reversed, etc.

Is there any risk regarding your jocky service of your parking system? e.g. stolen, accident, use your car to go somewhere,etc.

There is no bellman to pick up luggage and we have to carry ourself.Also not value for money as breakfast is not included in the rate you are charging. With the price you are charging would be better to consider having a long bath as a standard feature.

During my booking, i'm asking for king size bed but not available during my stay. Really DISSAPPOINTED...

Swimming Pool water is always icy cold. Really impossible for kids to swim. Request like King Size Bed is always not available.

No Iron n ironing board.

Overall, we had a very good experience with this hotel. But they can do with a bit of refurbhishment and the towel had a bit of smell to it.

The porters of the hotel were really helpful, they were so kind to remind us to be extra careful with our handbags while go shopping. One thing is that i'm not satisfied with the service of a front desk officer, a malay guy who was kind of rude in his response to my request of the extention of my check out time. The rest were okay especially the front desk trainer who was good and friendly!) room is good except for the cleanliness in the bathroom, especially in the shower room...

Service was extremely poor. I experienced the same at the check in desk and concierge desk. The staff attitude seems very bad. They just expected me to wait without telling me what was happening. I asked to check out and the lady didn't acknowledge me, just walked away. After a long time I asked if she was checking me out and she snapped "system down". No communication and no apology and very arrogant. It seems the same with all the staff I spoke to there. Internet connection was extremely slow.

Prefer to have a roof top swimming pool then the indoor one cos the water too cold and would prefer to have children pool too. We have big groups of more than 10 staying in your hotel at least once every year since past 10 years (when the time it was named FairLane). We will be delighted if there's special privileges like discount rates in room bookings or any other incentive, etc...

The hotel is located in the heart of KL city where shopping malls, restaurants, train stations etc are all within walking distance. I find the hotel is clean and safe too. I have stayed in Coronade many, many times with my family before and will continue to do so in the future. The shower in Room 1011 wasn't working properly. It needs fixing.
