the staff were not very friendly at all. bathroom neede updating, slightly mouldy and old.

First room was ugly with great noise, but manager change it very quickly.

Front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Checking in and out were time-consuming adventures. Required to pay a full night's fee just to allow access to the room at 9:00 AM. Had only two hours to prepare for the day's meetings (9:00 - 11:00); during this time I was interrupted once to have the mini-bar checked and three times by a maid who wanted to make up the room. Extremely expensive for size of the room and the amenities. Certainly don't expect to pay that kind of money have then have the staff treat simple requests as an imposition. In the three rooms I observed, all had paint peeling in the bathrooms. Very small. Difficult to access closet and bathroom simultaneously. I was in a SINGLE, not a junior suite.
