The Rosslyn Inn and Suites was recently redeveloped in 2002 adding 58 new guestrooms. The hotel offers a variety of guestrooms style from Family Suites, Extended Stay Suites, Jacuzzi Suites and Standard Guestrooms. The Canyon Grill serves breakfast, lunch, and supper in both the restaurant and the lounge.
