The concierge was most helpful and polite. I thought the room had air conditioning but judging by the portable fans in the room, I gather it did not.

Although it was meant to be a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I phoned reception but the man said that unfortunately someone had requested an ashtray (!) and one had been sent to the room (!)

It was a very convenient location fro meeting we were attending the next day. I requested a non smoking room but could hardly sleep as the pillow and bedding smelt very strongly of stale smoke.
